Set up Hex Connect on a Windows shop computer.
Pair a Windows computer with your Hexcore Flow workspace and begin reporting heartbeat, assignments, and results.
Setup checklist
Follow this order on the computer that will stay near the printers or on the same trusted network.
1. Log in to Hexcore Flow
Open your account and confirm you can access the protected app.
2. Open Hex Connect
Go to the app Hex Connect section or Account > Hex Connect.
3. Select Add Agent
Hexcore Flow creates a six-digit pairing code for this workspace.
4. Run the pairing file
On the Windows computer, open the Hex Connect agent folder and run pair-hex-connect.bat.
5. Enter the pairing code
The agent stores its workspace token after the code is accepted.
6. Start the agent
Run start-hex-connect.bat to keep this computer checking in. Use install-startup.bat to start it with Windows.
7. Assign printers and areas
Return to Hex Connect, refresh the agent list, choose the agent, and save printer and area assignments.
