How partner farm sharing works.
Hexcore Flow Network helps approved farms share selected production jobs while keeping permissions, file access rules, QC notes, and status updates organized.

Setup checklist
Follow these steps when two farms need to work together.
1. Each farm needs its own approved account
Both farms should log in using their own approved Hexcore Flow account. This keeps outgoing jobs, incoming jobs, and status changes tied to the correct workspace.
2. Add your partner farm
Open the Network section, add the partner farm name, region, capabilities, and the exact email they use to log in. Incoming jobs appear based on that email.
3. Create or select a queued production job
Choose the job you want to share, then set quantity, due date, payout or quote, material requirements, and instructions.
4. Set file access rules
Choose whether the partner receives handoff-only details, a print-ready file, file access after acceptance, or no file access. Use your approved file delivery method for any shared files and record the policy in Hexcore Flow.
5. Share the job
After sharing, the job appears in your outgoing list. The partner can sync Network and see it in their incoming jobs list.
6. Partner accepts and updates status
The partner can accept, decline, mark printing, mark QC, mark shipped, or mark complete based on the permissions you allowed.
7. Track progress from your dashboard
Use Sync Network to pull updated shared job status back into your workspace. Export the job packet when you need a clean handoff record.
Only share print files with partners you trust. Hexcore Flow can record file access policy and job history, but any file sent outside your organization should be treated as shared production material.
Best use cases
Network sharing is best for controlled overflow and multi-location work.
Overflow production
Send selected jobs to an approved partner when your farm is full.
Multi-location routing
Coordinate work between locations by region, material, printer type, or available capacity.
QC-controlled fulfillment
Keep QC instructions, status updates, and shipping notes attached to the job.
